Mazda's subcompact Mazda2 model carries the company's "zoom-zoom" attributes of nimbleness and sleek styling-well, sleek for a box - so consumers have clamored for the company to bring this model to the US.
Skeptics will point out that this model has been available in other markets for two years. The same was ture of the Honds Fit when that company decided to bring it to the U.S., and the Fit has met with solid success, especially when gas prices were higher.
